1955 Copa América in Chile

The 1955 Copa América was held in Chile. It was the 23rd edition of the tournament.

The tournament saw the participation of six CONMEBOL nations—Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.

The event was conducted in a round-robin format where each team played against the others once, and Argentina emerged as the winner by finishing at the top of the standings, securing their ninth Copa América title.
