Outback Marathon, Australia
The Australian Outback marathon is held in July each year, the cooler month in the ceter of Australia.
Most of the course flat, is on unsealed roads, bush tracks and soft-sand trails, with a few small sand dunes. And you get unique and stunning views of Ayers Rock and the Olgas.
As well as the full marathon, there are events for all running levels including the half marathon, 11km and 6km fun runs.
