Assessment Tests

State police applicants have to be at least 21-years-old, have a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, pass a written test, and of course the physical fitness requirements.
The test requirements are:
- 17 push-ups
- 24 sit-ups
- vertical jump 14 inches
- 300 meter run in 78.4 seconds
