- Videos — You have read the descriptions of the fitness tests, now here is the vision of people actually performing the tests. These videos have been found on youtube, so the accuracy of technique and information provided and the quality of the video are not always up to standard. They are just provided as an additional source of information to supplement the fitness test descriptions on this site.
